Dancing, drawing, and imagining were my first languages. I grew up in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains beside a creek in a semi-arid desert. It flows just a few yards from our front door and it is a constant companion. Its laughter helped soothe and guide me in both imagery and subject matter, and also consciously choosing to protect the land and waters.
I have enjoyed making pieces for dance studios, theater, circus and entertainment troupes, and cosplayers around the world.
